How long does shipping take?

All of our items are made to order.  Your order should typically reach you within 2 weeks, if all the items are in stock. Should you require the items to arrive earlier, please drop a note and we will be happy to assist! We will contact you should there be any changes to the delivery date or item ordered.

What are the shipping fees?

For all orders, you may opt for standard or registered shipping fees by Singapore post. For standard mail, they are not tracked or tracable hence we are not liable for any lost. We provide free registered delivery for orders $80 and above within Singapore. 

How are the items packaged?

All items are packaged in our standard poly bag packing.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method and unfortunately, you can't cancel the order once payment has been confirmed. 

 

What if I misspelled the name?

If there is incorrect or faulty entry, contact our customer care team immediately with: 

  • The order number

  • The incorrect or misspelled name

  • Revised name to be embroidered

 

We'll get back to you within as soon as possible, however, please noted that it is time sensitive as we will start the order to meet our promised shipping timeline.
