What payments do you accept?

All our items are priced in Singapore Dollars (S$). We accept all major credit/ debit cards and Paypal.

How long does shipping take?

Please allow up to 2-3 days delay in your parcels due to the COVID-19. Because of the made to order nature of our business, we require 2 - 4 working days to process and pack your orders on top of delivery time. Should you require the items to arrive earlier, please drop a note and we will be happy to assist! We will contact you should there be any changes to the delivery date or item ordered.

 

What are the types of shipping available?

Singpost Normal Mail (Non-tracking, letterbox)​

4 – 5 working days

Singpost Tracking Mail (tracking, letterbox)

3 – 4 working days

Free for orders above $80

​

Speedpost (Tracking, Doorstep)

2 – 3 working days

Free for orders above $80 


As Basic Mail has no tracking, we highly encourage opting for tracked mails as we will not be responsible for any lost mail.

How are the items packaged?

All items are packaged in our standard poly bag packing.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

We can't make any changes once you've placed it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or payment method and unfortunately, you can't cancel the order once payment has been confirmed. Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address, as we are not responsible for delays or lost orders submitted with incorrect delivery information.

 

What if I misspelled the name?

If there is incorrect or faulty entry, contact our customer care team immediately with: 

  • The order number

  • The incorrect or misspelled name

  • Revised name to be embroidered

 

We'll get back to you within as soon as possible, however, please noted that it is time sensitive as we will start the order to meet our promised shipping timeline.

By shopping with The Embroidery Co., you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

The Embroidery co. will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages in transit. During the ordering process, please ensure that your mailing address provided is correct.

 

The Embroidery co. will not be held responsible for any packages being sent back due to inaccurate or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipment costs will be borne by the customer.

The Embroidery co. will not be held responsible for any shipping delays due to delivery provider or other reasons that may occur during the transit period. Once packages are shipped out, the shipping process will be out of our control. For tracked mails, please  refer to the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email that will be sent 2 - 4 working days after the order is placed.
